Pharmacy Specialty Networks
Application to form a CSHP joint PSN
In keeping with our values, CSHP established the Pharmacy Specialty Networks (PSNs) as a free benefit to our members.
The PSNs are created to promote practice excellence and the enhancement of patient‐centred pharmacy practice through information sharing, educational events, and the facilitation of research. Through the PSNs, CSHP members have a forum to network and communicate with other CSHP members who have similar interests in the areas of practice, education, research and/or management. The number of PSNs created continues to grow – this is a good indication of how much our members value the PSNs.
These PSNs can be shared with other organizations. All applications must be completed by the Executive Director of the organization requesting to form a CSHP Joint PSN. The submission of an application does not guarantee that the application will be accepted. Please refer to the Criteria for the Formation of a CSHP Joint PSN provided below
If a joint PSN with CSHP interests your organisation please complete the online application form provided below.
All enquiries related to this application should be forwarded to Rosemary Pantalone, PSN Administrator at rpantalone@cshp.ca.
