Member Notification/Reminder:

CSHP has recently launched a new member's only portal (MY.CSHP.ca) which resulted in new passwords being generated for all current members.

Upon initial login (to either www.cshp.ca or my.cshp.ca), you will be asked for your username and password. Your username will remain as your preferred email address on file with CSHP. However, your password has been reset to:

Your CSHP Membership Number + your last name (Example: 1234smith). Please note that the last name is case sensitive (DO NOT use capital letters).

Once you login to MY.CSHP.ca, we encourage you to modify your password (and username too, if you wish).
