Subscription Information

The Canadian Journal of Hospital Pharmacy is the official publication of the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists. It is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed, scientific journal which publishes original research, clinical reviews, case reports, and topical discussions on pharmacy practice that are of interest and value to health care practitioners in institutional practice.

The Canadian Journal of Hospital Pharmacy is published six times annually: January-February, March-April, May-June, July-August, September-October, and November-December.

All orders must be paid in full in Canadian funds before the first issue is shipped. Renewing subscribers, please quote your account number. If you do not know your account number, please contact Sonya Long.

The CJHP online

To celebrate the success of the recent launch of the electronic CJHP, CSHP is extending the free open access to all of the CJHP archives and current issues for 2010! The new electronic CJHP is available at: www.cjhp-online.ca. All users will need to register to use the OJS system using the "Register" link in the top menu bar.

Canadian Subscriptions
All destinations via surface mail:	$110.00 plus GST or HST
Canadian orders add GST/HST where applicable (GST #106 866 940)
USA Subscriptions
All destinations via air mail:	$140.00 CAD
International Subscriptions (excluding USA)
All destinations via air mail:	$180.00 CAD

Please note:

All subscriptions are paid in Canadian funds.
Please make cheques payable to Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
All subscriptions have a common expiry date of December 31st.
10% agency commission available. No other discounts apply.
Claims for missing issues MUST be filed within 6 months of the publication date to ensure availability.

Back issues are $10 each (subject to availability) plus shipping (shipping fees depend on the weight and the destination).
