Board of Fellows 40^th Anniversary

Dear Colleague:

In 2008, the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) Board of Fellows celebrated its 40 th anniversary. The Fellows program was initiated by CSHP to confer the status of Fellow to those CSHP members deemed worthy of a recognition that signified outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to practice excellence and growth. This designation rewards the long-term, sustained effort of members in the areas of service to the Society, to patient care, to education or research, and to the practice of hospital pharmacy.

In celebration of the 40 th Anniversary, the Board of Fellows determined that an historical memento should be created to recognize this significant event. A draft version of the memento was initially circulated to those Fellow present at the CSHP 2008 Professional Practice Conference and subsequently e-mailed to all Fellows. The Board is very pleased to announce that the final memento is now available below.
