Residency TrainingCHPRB Accredited ProgramsCentre for Addiction and Mental Health RESIDENCY PROGRAM Type: General Program highlights: The CAMH pharmacy residency focuses on the provision of pharmaceutical care in an addictions and mental health setting. The core rotations include practice management, drug information, drug distribution as well as rotations through key areas including szizophrenia and continuing care; mood and anxiety;substance abuse; general psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. There are also elective rotations available where the resident may choose to experience other programs such as Law and Mental Health. A rotation in general medicine is also offered at a local teaching hospital. A research project is also a program requirement. Given the nature of the patient population, there is significant involvement in the management of common medical conditions, in addition to mental health issues.
