A meeting link will be sent closer to the AGM date along with your status (member, supporter, observer) and any background documents will be accessible prior to this date.

Pre-registration is required by Thursday, October 27, 2022, 23:59 ET

Only members (including honorary life members) have the right to vote. 



The following business will be conducted at the AGM:

1. the financial statements of CSHP and the report of the public accountant will be presented to the members for approval;
2. the members will appoint the public accountant for the succeeding year and either fix the remuneration payment or authorize the Board to fix such remuneration;
3. the members will elect the directors who are to be elected at such AGM; and
4. such other business as may properly come before the AGM will be dealt with.

Following the AGM, any member, on request, can obtain a copy of the audited financial statements, free of charge or by prepaid mail.

The Annual General Meeting will be conducted according to Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised. A Parliamentarian will assist with parliamentary procedure, as the need arises.
