Take the Survey: Invitation to Participate in the DEVICES Study

You are invited to participate in an online survey titled, Determining the Mobile Technology Needs for Provision of Clinical Pharmacist Services: A National Survey [The DEVICES study], regarding clinical pharmacists and their use of mobile computing devices, such as smartphones and tablets. If you provide direct patient care services in an institutional practice setting; such as a hospital, long term care facility, or primary care clinic, you are asked to participate. The survey will take only 10 to15 minutes to complete. Click the link below to access the online questionnaire. The survey will be available for 21 days, from March 19 to April 8, 2020.

This study has been reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Board (REB) of the former Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region (RQHR). If you have any questions or concerns about your rights as a research participant, you may contact the Chair of the Research Ethics Board at (306) 766- 5533. For questions regarding the study, you may contact the primary investigator, Logan Underwood, at logan.underwood@saskhealthauthority.ca. The study co-investigators from the Saskatchewan Health Authority Department of Pharmacy Services are Zack Dumont, Kirsten Fox, and John Bunker.

The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. If you do not complete the survey in one sitting, you may save your responses and complete at a later time.
