This truly was a year of goals realized. Back in 2019, while facing decreasing membership numbers, escalating operating deficits, and coming to terms with not providing enough value to our members, CSHP reached a pivotal moment. We needed to act by investing in ourselves and our members. The 2020–2023 strategic plan served as a blueprint for a more resilient CSHP focussing on sustainability in our membership, our member engagement, and our finances. Coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic more galvanized than ever, this year’s successes have cemented a healthy Society that can start looking upward and outward.
