Branch fees and taxes will be added at the time of payment.
Pro-rated savings: Applications received between November 1 and April 30 may qualify for pro-rating. Pharmacy resident dues are exempt from pro-rating. Please contact CSHP for details. Applications received between May 1 and June 30 each year will be automatically applied to the next cycle.
Please note:
- Individuals applying for Student or In-Training pricing must submit verification of enrollment in their program, such as a student id or letter of acceptance.
- Non-Canadian residents are tax-exempt. Those wishing to join a CSHP branch must pay the applicable branch fee. Please contact CSHP for pricing.

Receipts
Check your email for a copy of your receipt. Hardcopy receipts can be requested from Membership Services.
