Call for Communities Chair: Planetary Health 

CSHP Communities are member-led groups that foster professional collaboration, knowledge exchange, and advocacy within specialized areas of healthcare-systems pharmacy. 

CSHP is seeking a member interested in being the Chair of our Planetary Health Community.  

Chair Responsibilities:

• Leading Community initiatives aligned with CSHP priorities.  
• Facilitating at least one annual event (virtual or in-person).  
• Moderating discussions and promoting member engagement.  
• Participating in biannual Chair meetings to share updates.   

Please submit the following documents by the deadline date:

• A copy of your curriculum vitae 
• A letter of intent
