CPRB Accreditation Visits
In 2025, CPRB visited a total of nine residency programs including: North York General Hospital (Toronto, ON), Kingston Health Sciences Centre (Kingston, ON), Alberta Health Services Year 2 Infectious Disease/Antimicrobial Stewardship (Calgary and Edmonton, AB), Alberta Health Services Year 2 Cardiology (Edmonton, AB), Alberta Health Services Year 1 (Calgary, Edmonton, and Red Deer, AB), Trillium Health Partners (Mississauga and Etobicoke, ON), St. Joseph’s Health Care (London, ON), The Hospital for Sick Children (Toronto, ON), and London Health Sciences Centre (London, ON).
This year, CPRB surveyors will be visiting Windsor Regional Hospital (Windsor, ON), Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre General (Toronto, ON), Université de Montréal (Montréal, QC), Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre Antimicrobial Stewardship (Toronto, ON), Reseau de Santé Vitalité (Moncton, NB), Unity Health Toronto-St. Michael’s Hospital (Toronto, ON), Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services Primary Care (Vancouver, BC), and Hamilton Health Sciences (Hamilton, ON).
We would like to thank the directors and coordinators of these programs for all the work they and their teams have and will devote to preparing for their surveys and hosting the surveyors. The Board appreciates your time, effort, and commitment to residency training.
We would also like to thank all our volunteer surveyors for the time they dedicate to these visits.
